BANGUI (AFP) -- President Francois Bozize on Saturday carried out a reshuffle of the Central African Republic's government, removing five ministers and bringing in six new ones, while four members changed portfolios, national radio reported.
Prime Minister Elie Dote, who keeps his job, was also given the finance portfolio.

Ngoupande becomes special adviser to the head of state and is replaced by Ceme Zoumara, up to now presidential adviser, with ministerial rank. Karim Abdou Meckassoua takes over from Teya, who replaces him as presidential chief of staff.
Three ministers, Theodore Dabanga (finance), Colonel Mohamed Mahadi Marboua (tourism) and Beatrice-Emilie Epaye (trade) also leave the government.
